SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We have 3 and 5 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.

Our team does not control the delivery time frame. We cannot control any delays caused by the SingPost, USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL or other logistics partners. If you have any questions, email us at support@a1shop.biz

Shipping charges for your order will be estimated and displayed on the product page. The actual shipping charges will be informed to you together with the tracking ID.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES FOR PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, it takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

Please note that during high demand season the estimated delivery time may increase.

The shipping time depends on your location, but typical domestic shipping times in Singapore are about: 2- 3 business days

Shipping charges list from our shipping partners will be displayed at the product page. The shipping charges include handling, packaging and shipping costs.

Delays in delivery due to customs inspections, paperwork disputes, or import processing are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from such delays. For clarity, all risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you once the shipment reaches the destination country’s customs jurisdiction.                                                                                                         

4. Payment of Charges

You agree to pay all import-related fees (e.g., duties, VAT, GST, brokerage charges) promptly and directly to the relevant authorities or carriers. Failure to pay these fees may result in delayed delivery, return, or abandonment of the shipment. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for orders affected by unpaid customs charges.

5. Customer Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

·   You will not hold a1shop.biz liable for disputes, fines, or penalties related to customs compliance.

,   We reserve the right to cancel orders destined for regions where export/import is restricted or deemed high-risk.

6. Recommendations

We advise contacting your local customs office or tax authority prior to ordering if you are unsure of your obligations.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
