SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We have 3 and 5 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.

Our team does not control the delivery time frame. We cannot control any delays caused by the SingPost, USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL or other logistics partners. If you have any questions, email us at support@a1shop.biz

Shipping charges for your order will be estimated and displayed on the product page. The actual shipping charges will be informed to you together with the tracking ID.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES FOR PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, it takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

Please note that during high demand season the estimated delivery time may increase.

The shipping time depends on your location, but typical domestic shipping times in Singapore are about: 2- 3 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges list from our shipping partners will be displayed at the product page. The shipping charges include handling, packaging and shipping costs.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Our customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to fulfil orders with confidence. That’s why we proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure your customers will receive a purchased item on time and as described.

Our primary goal is making our customers happy, so everyone who shops with you receives the following guarantees: Refund if the item is not as described or damaged.

 

How do refunds and returns work?

If customer do not want the product, they need to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) No. to support@a1shop.biz within 7 days from the date they receive the product. Customer must return the product at their expense to our warehouse and the item must be unused and in original packaging condition. After we have approved the refund for returning, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the address to be informed to you with the RMA approval. Customer must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided or the returned product received, a refund amount will be which is the net product selling price less restocking cost of about 5% of the product price will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. Please allow 14 to 21 days for the amount to refund back to you.
